Leonidas Sotiropoulos

Professor of "Cultural Anthropology". D.Phil. (Oxford University, 1986) with the title: “Social Institutions of a Greek village with special interest in Economic Relations”. He has been a faculty member of the Department since 1986. 2006-2007: director of the Postgraduate Study Programme. 2007-2011: Department Chair. Member: 1/ Royal Anthropological Institute, 2/ Association of Social Anthropologists, 3/ Society of Social Anthropologists.
